Banjo products are not certified for potable water applications. 

Are Banjo products FDA approved for food grade applications?

Banjo does offer a few FDA approved products for the IBC industry but the majority of items are not FDA approved.

What is the temperature range for your polypropylene products?

The temperature range for our poly material is 0 degrees F - 150 degrees F. 

Are replacement parts available for your products?

Banjo offers several replacement part options along with repair kits to rebuild several pump and valve models. 

What is Banjo’s warranty policy?
Can I use pipe tape to seal my NPT threads?

Pipe tape is never recommended. Banjo recommends using a soft set paste to seal NPT threads.

Can Banjo transfer pumps be used to transfer fuels?

Banjo Pumps are not rated or certified to pump any flammable products.

Are Banjo pumps considered “trash pumps”?

Banjo pumps are not considered trash pumps. Banjo recommends filtering out any solids to prevent seal failure. 

Can Banjo’s electric valves be operated using 110 Volts?

Banjo’s electric valves are only available in 12VDC or 24VDC options.
