Lisa Presutti, Agriculture Group President, is driven by a passion for improving lives through rapid innovation and high-performance teams. With over 30 years of experience, she has led and developed talented teams across various industries, including agriculture, industrial, chemical, food & beverage, and security, achieving sustainable, high-growth results. Lisa holds an MBA in International Business from Krannert Business School (Purdue University), a Master’s in International Management from TIAS Business School (Tilburg University, The Netherlands), and a BA in International Business from North Central College. Committed to shaping the next generation of leaders, she actively supports and volunteers to foster innovation, compassion, and impact for the future.

David is a seasoned executive with over 25 years’ experience in the agricultural technology and manufacturing industry. He is currently responsible for leading the Banjo and KZ Valve agriculture sales and marketing initiatives to expand market presence and foster growth initiatives. He has held senior leadership positions in sales, marketing and business development and has worked extensively with agriculture distributors and dealers as well as OEMs. David holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Drake University with a specialization in marketing and international business. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Iowa State University. Outside of work, David enjoys outdoor activities and spending time on the family farm.

Andrea leads the Human Resources function for Banjo Corporation and KZValve LLC. Andrea drives the people agenda for the Agriculture businesses, including creating organizational design to meet business strategy, managing talent acquisition and development, and enabling an engaging work culture where employees can be their best. With over 30 years of human resources experience in manufacturing and financial industries, Andrea has a proven track record of driving engagement, development, and community programs. She holds a Masters Degree in human resources from University of Minnesota. Andrea enjoys identifying creative yet practical solutions in a variety of people related activities. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her daughters, traveling, and reading.

Jeff oversees Banjo’s finance, IT, and compliance programs. Jeff has over 15 years of experience in progressive finance and accounting roles at IDEX Corporation, Trane, and Ingersoll Rand. Jeff holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Cornell University, Johnson School of Business and a bachelors of science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. Outside of work Jeff volunteers as the Lead Advisor for the Iota Psi Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi at Indiana University helping the undergraduate members achieve their fraternity mission of ‘Better Men, Better Lives”.

Davide Montorsi is the Vice President of International Agriculture Business at Banjo and KZ, where he leads the companies' growth in international markets. With over 15 years of experience in the agriculture industry, Davide has built strong relationships with global agriculture OEMs and played a key role in establishing Banjo’s leadership in the EMEA region and supporting its expansion into LATAM. He holds a degree in "Foreign Languages and Cultures, Business & Marketing" from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Passionate about people and global diversity, Davide enjoys reading, fitness, and learning about different cultures in his personal time.

David Hill leads Banjo’s Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams. With over 35 years of experience in operations and engineering across the Agriculture, Automotive, Industrial, and Life Sciences sectors, David brings a wealth of expertise to the organization. He specializes in developing and executing strategic deployment plans that drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators, customer service, and product quality. David is also highly skilled in managing bottom-line factors to maximize production efficiency and operational effectiveness. David holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, golfing, and spending time with his family.
